Letter to clients on implementing sanitary measures to prevent covid-19 infection
Sainte-Julie, March 17, 2020.
Dear clients,
In addition to this, you will need to know more about it.
Over the past few days, the Quebec Ministry of Health and Social Services has put in place a plan to fight the current pandemic. This plan includes 24 major measures, 2 of which aim to guarantee the necessary psychological support for the entire population.
In addition to this, you will need to know more about it.
These two measures consist of:
Ensure a sufficient supply of psychological resources in each region of Quebec;
Offer adequate psychological follow-up to avoid an increase in the level of anxiety and cases of depression that a pandemic can cause among the population and the most vulnerable clienteles.
In order to help counter this situation, I would like to inform you of the various measures that have been put in place in our centers in Ste-Julie and Vieux-Longueuil, namely:
Avoid direct contact with customers;
Respect the distance of 6 feet inside our consultation rooms;
Provide staff and customers with a disinfection gel (Purell ™);
Washing armchairs, surfaces, door handles or any other accessory that has been touched by a member of staff or a client between each consultation;
Any client showing symptoms of coronavirus will not be admitted to our establishments.
It seems to me as important as it is necessary to reassure you that we are quite able to meet your needs by offering you a healthy and safe environment.
I wish you a good day and look forward to seeing you again at our next meeting.
